Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code) and not at consumers. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Sections 36, 37 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act - VSBG). The former EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued by the European Commission in July 2025.
